What is an ADU?
An ADU, or accessory dwelling unit, is a self contained secondary living unit on a property that already has a home. Sometimes called a casita, poolhouse, or mother in law flat, these can be detached or attached to your home. We have experience building tiny homes, upfitting existing garages, and building ADUs from scratch. Our talented team can help you understand what is possible on your property, taking into account local building codes and ordinances as well as the unique conditions of your lot.
Design
We have a particular design interest in building modern, Scandinavian style ADUs that bring the best of European building techniques to the US. We love working with high quality materials that result in a home that will stand the test of time (and weather). Our design team can provide you with pre-designed plans or create a custom layout for you!
